Class description
Level I - beginners
Class is structured to benefit participants with no previous dance experience as well as non belly dance experienced.
It is a 1,5 hour of low impact workout to the various Middle Eastern music with emphasis on core muscles toning, body
coordination, and overall health improvement in fun and relaxed environment
Class introduces most common belly dance movements by breaking them down to simple techniques and dance steps,
gives some cultural background
and belly dance style differences (classical, folklore, and tribal)
Wear comfortable loose clothing
Level II - intermediate
Class takes common bely dance movements to the next level by combining body movements with dance steps,
introducing new more advanced movements, and continues to work on core muscles strengthening, coordination improvement,
and overall body muscles enhancement
